1. General Policy

Because we operate a dropshipping business model, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. We partner with international suppliers, and delivery times and return procedures may vary.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • You must provide photo or video evidence of any damage, defect, or incorrect item.

⚠️ We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing guides before purchase)

  • Delays caused by shipping couriers or customs

  • Sale or clearance items


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at [support@bellezzavitashop.com] within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos showing the defect or issue

  • A brief description of the issue

We will either offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the severity and availability.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will provide the correct return address based on the supplier’s country of origin, which may be outside your own country.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After this window, we begin processing and cannot cancel the order.


7. International Orders

We ship globally. However, we are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays due to international shipping.


8. Legal Protection Disclaimer

Bellezza Vita Shop reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements at our sole discretion if the conditions outlined are not met.

This policy is governed by the laws of South Africa, and is intended to be compliant with international ecommerce standards including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, and US FTC guidelines where applicable.
